We impart on-site and online training on OECD GLP, Documentation and Scientific Writing.
OECD GLP Training
The OECD Principles of GLP documents are covered in this module. We provide simplified explanations with illustrative examples for trainees. This does away with the need for individual interpretation, and ensures that the GLP Principles are imbibed by the participants in letter and spirit.
In this module, we also impart training on client’s internal SOPs, if required.
This serves two purposes:
- It helps to have a third person talk about your own document
- It aids in revising and refining SOPs, if needed

Documentation and Scientific Writing Training
In this module, personnel are trained on the requirements of scientific writing and documentation as per regulatory guidelines. In addition, we also cover basic English grammar.
Scientific writing module consists of:
Rules that govern scientific writing
The requirements of writing documents according to regulatory and publishers’ guidelines
How to maintain laboratory records to write reports effectively
Participants are made aware of the rules governing Documentation as per the OECD Principles of GLP
They are also cautioned against common documentation errors, which could escalate to non-compliance
A quick overview of basic English grammar
Types of sessions
On-site sessions
Each session is interactive and lectures are interspersed with activities, both individual and group, that require trainees to apply the theoretical aspects covered during the module.
Online Training
Following on-site training, trainees undertake regular (monthly or quarterly) online modules to ensure effective assimilation of the course content. Consolidated scores are sent to line managers of the trainees, which could be used as an objective measure of performance during annual performance reviews.
Both on-site and online training modules are tailored to meet a client’s specific needs.
